Owner operators & small teams (standard duty)
Ideal for owner-operators or small, consistent teams who will be using the equipment regularly but not in extreme or harsh conditions. As the primary users, these operators have the advantage of closely monitoring the unit’s condition, performing regular maintenance, and developing an in-depth understanding of the system from the time of purchase. This results in more consistent operation and reduced risk of misuse or neglect.
Larger fleets, tier 1 & 2 construction or hire companies (heavy duty)
Ideal for large construction fleets or hire companies where equipment is provisioned to third-party operators or rotated frequently among teams. In these environments, operators often vary, and there’s limited opportunity for consistent, in-depth familiarity with the unit. These machines are typically subject to more demanding workloads, continuous use, or harsher operating conditions, making durability, simplicity, and ease of serviceability essential.
• Load-sense control: hydraulic oil is delivered only when needed, reducing energy waste and preventing overheating.
• Automated adjustments: self-regulates based on real-time sensor data from proportional valves and actuators.
• Remote monitoring & control: settings can be adjusted from the cabin or remotely.
• Built-in dry run protection: pump shuts off when tank is empty.
• Built to perform: avoids common overheating issues found in older systems that circulate hydraulic fluid constantly.
All of our spray heads are either valve- or air-actuated and can be controlled independently. This gives you the flexibility to operate them one at a time, run multiple simultaneously, or cycle through different spray options as you move across your site.
Our cannons are Australian-made and available in a range of configurations, including electric, pneumatic, and manual models. They feature intuitive joystick control directly on the cannon, lockout zones for safe manoeuvring, and variable spray nozzles to tailor output to your application. For added efficiency and visibility, we also offer integrated camera systems that allow operators to monitor performance from inside the cab.
Choose from low-profile or super low-profile (limousine) truck tanks for your water truck. Each tank is fully baffled to provide surge protection and comes equipped with steel fill funnels with air gaps for hydrant filling. Alternatively, you can fill through the manifold system for standard suction. For advanced monitoring, CANbus units are available with integrated tank level sensing.
Our in-cab control panels are mounted in the optimal position within your cabin, based on the layout permitted by the chassis manufacturer. Designed for safe and easy operation while driving, the panels feature an intuitive arrangement of rubberised buttons that illuminate when activated, along with a rotary LED dial interface on CANbus models. For cannon-equipped trucks, joystick systems are integrated into the cabin controls, providing a purpose-built solution for precise and effortless cannon maneuvering.
