The CivMaster EXM represents our cutting-edge civil works water cart, incorporating all the acclaimed features of the CivMaster Premium. In addition, it introduces an Australian-made, remote-controlled water monitor (cannon). This electric cannon delivers robust performance, variable spray functionality, providing your unit with a significant advantage in any terrain. Fully optioned CivMaster EXM packages also feature a batter spray bar, enhancing the water cart with potent side spray capabilities.

Baffle balls play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and safety of water cartage tanks. These small, spherical devices are designed to float within the tank, effectively reducing the movement of liquid during transport.

Specific gravity (SG) is a measure of the density of a substance compared to the density of water. For water cartage tanks, an SG rating indicates the tank's ability to safely store and transport various liquids. Our tanks have a specific gravity of 1.3, making them suitable for carrying water, liquid fertilisers, and other chemical products. This high SG rating ensures that the tanks can handle the weight and pressure of these liquids without compromising durability or performance. However, please note that if a cartage tank is integrated into a water cart, it is designed to carry only water.

Building on the foundation of the CivMaster Premium, the CivMaster EXM is engineered for advanced civil works applications.

In addition to all standard inclusions – including a 10HP Yanmar diesel engine, 2000LPM high-capacity tanker pump, remote engine rev control, emergency E-Stop, battery isolation, hydrant fill, and suction fill through the pump – the EXM is equipped to accommodate a remote-controlled, Australian-made water cannon and batter sprays, available as standalone options or combined.

Designed for versatility on site, the EXM is available in a range of sizes to suit all tipper dimensions, with flexible sub-frame options available – including swing-up leg frames, skid-only frames, and twist-lock container frames – to ensure compatibility with a variety of fleet setups.
