National Water Carts Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. However, processing times may vary in certain circumstances. If there are any delays with your order, our team will contact you to confirm the expected timeframe.
Shipping Methods Rates
- Small Items: Shipped via Australia Post. Rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination.
- Large Items / Pallet Items: Shipped via the Big Post Courier Network. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will vary depending on the item’s dimensions and your location.
- Oversized Items (Water Carts Tanks): Oversized items such as water carts and tanks are “Add to Quote” products and require special handling. These items cannot be purchased directly through the online checkout. Instead, shipping arrangements are confirmed with the buyer after the enquiry is submitted. Once the quote is accepted, our team will provide a custom shipping
Estimated Delivery Times
- Australia Post (Small Items): Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location within Australia.
- Big Post Courier Network (Large/Pallet Items): Delivery times will vary based on the size of the item and the destination. Our team will provide an estimated delivery window when your order is shipped.
- Oversized Items (Water Carts Tanks): Delivery times for oversized “Add to Quote” items are confirmed directly with the buyer after custom shipping arrangements are made.
Shipping Damage
We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the damage.
Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@nationalwatercarts.com.au with your order number and details of the item you’d like to return, or call us at 1300 881 484.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- For exchanges, please follow the return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special-order items, final sale items, and used or damaged items (unless due to a manufacturing defect) are non-returnable.
