Baffle balls play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and safety of water cartage tanks. These small, spherical devices are designed to float within the tank, effectively reducing the movement of liquid during transport.

Specific gravity (SG) is a measure of the density of a substance compared to the density of water. For water cartage tanks, an SG rating indicates the tank's ability to safely store and transport various liquids. Our tanks have a specific gravity of 1.3, making them suitable for carrying water, liquid fertilisers, and other chemical products. This high SG rating ensures that the tanks can handle the weight and pressure of these liquids without compromising durability or performance. However, please note that if a cartage tank is integrated into a water cart, it is designed to carry only water.

11000L Civmaster Premium Hydraulic Water Cart

The CivMaster Premium Hydraulic offers all the capability of the CivMaster Premium, with the added efficiency of hydraulic integration.

This variant replaces the diesel engine with a tanker pump close-coupled to a hydraulic motor, enabling simple plug-and-play connectivity to your truck’s PTO system. All other standard inclusions remain – including the 2000LPM high-capacity tanker pump, remote engine rev control, emergency E-Stop, battery isolation, hydrant fill, and suction fill through the pump.

The Premium Hydraulic is available in a range of sizes to suit all tipper dimensions, with flexible sub-frame configurations – including swing-up leg frames, skid-only frames, and twist-lock container frames – to suit a variety of fleet setups.

• Heavy duty S.G 1.3 cartage tank (UV stabilised / food grade, 20-year warranty)
• Forkable gal frame with welded-on lifting eyelets
